This project aims to create a purpose-built educational and residential facility tailored to the needs of its students and faculty.It involves demolishing the existing ambulance enclosure and removing portacabins and sheds. Additionally, includes the construction of a mixed height building to accommodate a study hall, dormitory, and dining room for students, along with associated hard and soft landscaping alterations.
Thefour-storey building developmentaims to create a cohesive environment for students, blending educational, religious, and residential functions:
- Basement: Includes dining roomsand kitchen,common areas. It will also feature outdoor amenity space.
- Ground Floor: Main Beit Midrash Hall, prayer rooms, a library, offices, meeting rooms. An outdoor parking/loading area will also be provided.
- First and Second Floors: Student bedroomsand private study rooms.
- Third Floor: Additional bedroomsand laundry facilities.
The project will involve site alterations, including landscaping and the removal of existing structures. The new Yeshiva and Dormitory will serve the educational and spiritual needs of its residents, fostering a supportive and engaging community.
