The project involves the design and conversion of the former Allianz office building into 112 residential apartments. The scheme includes the internal reconfiguration of a five-storey (ground plus four) building with a basement level, transforming the upper floors into high-quality residential accommodation while retaining office use at ground level to create a vibrant mixed-use development.

External works include the replacement of windows, the formation of new window openings, and the creation of new entrances, steps, and disabled access ramps, enhancing both the appearance and accessibility of the building.

Once completed, the development will contribute positively to the local area, supporting regeneration and providing much-needed housing within Guildford, while strengthening the vitality of the surrounding urban environment.
