This project entails the construction of six residential apartments through the addition of a single-story structure on the roof. The design incorporates a rooftop terrace, providing an appealing outdoor space for residents. Additionally, a new residential entrance on the ground floor was created, enhancing accessibility and convenience for those living in the building. The project seeks to maximize living space while also introducing a modern and functional entrance for the residents’ comfort and enjoyment. Modern open plan designed living accommodation with high quality fixtures & fittings including quartz work surfaces, integrated appliances.
