Antvic has been appointed as the main contractor to undergo this comprehensive project that involves the reconfiguration and refurbishment of a hostel to accommodate 120 exclusive homes for long-term academic stays and short stays out of the academic year.

It includes the construction of a mansard roof extension, rear infill and closet wing extensions, and the creation of a new internal level within the rear closet wings. We're also demolishing and rebuilding a mews property at 1-2 Queensberry Mews West to provide additional bedrooms and ancillary facilities.

Antvic in association with SAV group aims to enhance building’s interior decor, create communal spaces, and incorporate sustainable features like solar panels, while also making improvements to fenestration, ventilation, and natural lighting. This project is set to redefine student living by combining modern design, functionality, and a strong sense of community.
