This project involved the transformation of a pre-existing 14-storey building, formerly St. Georges Hospital, into a multifaceted space designed to meet the diverse needs of its occupants. The development features 160 Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO) accommodations tailored for students, as well as 48 hotel rooms, fully equipped kitchens, convenient laundry facilities, welcoming reception areas, and inviting common spaces. Additionally, the endeavor included roof replacement, a landscaping initiative to enhance the surroundings, and a refurbishment of the ground-floor bar, resulting in a comprehensive and dynamic space designed to cater to a wide range of residents and guests.
