Extension to the existing top floor of the operational 4-star hotel to deliver additional guest accommodation. The hotel, originally opened in 2019, comprised 150 rooms over five storeys with a setback sixth floor fronting Paradise Street.

The works involved the extension of the rooftop level to provide 10 new rooms, including associated structural alterations, façade works, and full MEP and internal fit-out in line with Marriott brand standards.

Construction was carried out with the hotel remaining fully operational, requiring careful planning, phasing, communication and coordination to minimise disruption to guests and ongoing hotel operations.
