Antvic has been appointed as the main contractor to complete this project following the previous contractor entering administration.

The scheme is a large mixed-use development in Ashford, Kent, comprising four seven-storey detached residential blocks. Phase 1 includes Blocks C and D, with completion anticipated within 7 months, while Phase 2 covers Blocks A and B, scheduled for completion within 13 months.

The development delivers 254 residential apartments alongside retail café units, underground parking, rooftop terraces, and a range of communal spaces. The wider scheme also includes surface parking, plant and storage areas, as well as associated landscaping and access works.
