Maxim Cabacenco’s journey with Antvic began in 2016 as a dedicated construction laborer. Within a remarkably short span, Maxim’s commitment and skills propelled him to the role of construction supervisor in 2017. Through continuous learning and honing of leadership abilities, he proudly assumed the pivotal position of Construction Manager, a role he has expertly held from 2019 to the present day.

Maxim’s educational background shines with an NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, accompanied by a suite of certifications. These include the esteemed Black Site Manager Card, First Aid accreditation, expertise in SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), PAZMA training, Fire Marshall proficiency, mastery in Abrasive Wheels, Asbestos Awareness, and COSHH training. This diverse skill set, coupled with an unwavering commitment to professional development, has been fundamental in navigating and excelling within the complex realm of construction management.
