Antvic has been appointed as the design and build contractorfor the development of 46 residential flats, 10 four-storeyhouses, and 483 square meters of commercial space for theprovision of associated basement car parking, landscaping,and a children’s play area. We worked closely with adeveloper on the design, and planning phases to develop thisambitious scheme. The North Middlesex Golf Club is locatedat the back of the site, offering amazing landscaping views tothe residents of the development. The site previously was amixture of factories with one detached dwellings at the rear.
