Daivis started his career as a proficient groundworker 25 years ago. His expertise and dedication were recognized during the years, his professional growth to site manager and expansion of his skill set within transitioned him into working as a construction site groundwork specialist involved in managing reinforced concrete (RC) frames. Leading teams comprising anywhere between ten to fifteen members allowed him ample opportunities for improving his managerial specialist skills.

Recognizing Daivis’s proven track record and valuable experience acquired over more than two decades in the field, our companywelcomed him aboard in 2022. Within Antvic he has been entrusted with significant responsibilities encompassingeffective team management.And remains committed towards contributing successively via the leadership capabilities within Antvic’s projects.
