This project presents us with multiple challenges starting with its close proximity to the National Rail Network, groundworks, difficult logistics and exiting façade features. The project involves the construction of a part-nine and a part-four storey building with the excavation of the basement area to provide 38 self- contained residential units with associated cycle parking, landscaping, and a children’s play area. The delivery program was critical and was closely monitored by the client’s representatives.
